Belvedere Tower Announcements 2022

January 2022: New Year, New Board Members

During the association's annual meeting in December of 2021, Belvedere Tower held an election of Board Members. The association appointed a new Board President to join 3 legacy Board Members. 

2024 Projects Update

The Board of Directors has compiled a master list of projects around the property, both big and small, structural and aesthetic. With the help of the management team, the Board is currently prioritizing the project list and receiving cost estimates for work to begin this summer.
